Other Details to Note
For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $180. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each. For stays longer than 30 days, we will require three mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each. Our home is designed to be family-friendly, with children's toys and amenities. Please keep this in mind when booking. The home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with wonderful, respectful neighbors. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors, as the neighbors are sensitive to loud groups and will notify us if things get too noisy. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. We have regularly scheduled pest control and landscapers. You may see them during your stay, we will try our best to give you a heads up but that is not always possible. **Trash & Recycling Expectations** By booking our property, we will ask you to help us with trash, recycling, and compost collection. What to do: - Thursday night – Please roll the bins out to the curb - Friday after pickup – Bring the bins back in We really appreciate your help!
