We enjoyed our one night stay here in Seattle. Neighborhood is wonderful. The townhome is conveniently located--with a ton of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. It was a little too sterile for my taste and had more of a corporate housing feel without a lot of touches to make it feel cozy and homey--but it was super clean and had all we needed for our stay. Heat and air conditioning, and fans provided. Karlton was a proactive communicator and provided clear instructions on how to access the home. When we had trouble with the internet connection, he responded promptly and solved the issue. The one downside is the parking, with no offstreet space. There is a pass that allows you to bypass street parking restrictions so that was good and we didn't have to park too far away when we arrived around 6 pm. Definitely a central, nice place to stay for your trip to Seattle. We'd stay again!

The unit was exactly as described. The space felt very comfortable and more spacious than expected. The bed was comfy, and we really appreciated the extra pillows provided in the closet. The location is great if you’re visiting Seattle—we were able to walk to Pike Place, and the area felt safe. Secure parking was a nice bonus, though the spots are a bit compact. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at the apartment while visiting our student at UW. The location was perfect, view amazing, and apartment very comfortable. There were lots of conveniences including coffee, laundry, parking, comfortable bed, gift certificate for bakery and bottle of wine. We would love to return!!

We loved the location! Very easy for the five of us to get around downtown Seattle! Our mom was very grateful her room (queen bed) was only one flight of stairs up as she has a bum knee. That said we stayed at the top level (50+ year olds) and LOVED the views from the rooftop (4 flights up). She even went up there one day to enjoy the sunshine. The space was comfy and it was great having everyone on separate floors/gave us all a little privacy.

I honestly was worried the views were AI generated because they looked to good to be true but they were as advertised. My favorite part of the whole trip was having coffee starting out of those huge windows and watching the sea life out in the bay.

This home was very nice, easy to find & in a good location with plenty of things available within a walking distance. As noted parking could be sort of difficult to find especially at night but over all we loved the home and made sure to follow the house rules and treat it like it was our own.

Absolutely wonderful! Amazing view of Lake Union and the Seattle skyline. Great restaurants within walking distance in the Wallingford and Fremont neighborhoods. The accommodations were exactly as described with really cool and comfortable furnishings, art, and fun books. We will definitely be back in the summer when the weather is warmer and we can take in the views from the patio out front. Thank you for a fabulous stay! We really enjoyed it.

This was a beautiful home base for our week in Seattle. The living area offers a stunning panoramic view—stretching from the water to the city skyline and the Space Needle—which really captures the essence of the city. We loved the balance of being able to walk to local museums and restaurants while having easy freeway access for longer trips. The neighborhood felt quiet, safe, and perfect for a family. Our host was exceptional, providing clear instructions and remaining incredibly responsive throughout our stay. They truly made us feel like a priority. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
