Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit. • The living room fireplace is decorative and non-functional. • The home has light filtering blinds, not black out, if you are a sensitive sleeper, you may want to pack a sleepmask. • This home sits in the heart of Seattle a lively, walkable urban neighborhood where guests should expect the energy—and the realities of city living—that come with a busy area. • For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $180. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each. • There is only street parking. Typically the spot right out front is available. Guests must abide to Seattle parking rules. • This dwelling is multilevel and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times. • No animals or pets of any kind are allowed on the property due to extreme homeowner allergies.
