Welcome to our stylish home in Pinehurst, Seattle! Perfect for families and pets, our spacious property offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy outdoor dining, a lounging area, BBQ grill, turf, kids' toys, and a basketball hoop. Our home features four bedrooms, including a stunning back guest house, and is equipped with amenities for kids of all ages, such as a high chair, toys, and an infant bath. Gorgeously decorated interiors complete the charm, ensuring a memorable stay!

✨ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out ✨ Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit. For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $180. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each. For stays longer than 30 days, we will require three mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each. We do not supply propane for the grill. This will be at your own expense to use. Our home is designed to be pet and family-friendly, with plenty of children's toys and safety features. Please keep this in mind when booking. We have regularly scheduled pest control and landscapers. You may see them during your stay, we will try our best to give you a heads up but that is not always possible. Note the fireplace is not working.

- Do not mail or have things delivered to the home. We will not intercept or collect any items for you. - Please be respectful of neighbors and keep things quiet during quiet hours, which are 10:00pm to 8:00am every day including weekends. - Absolutely no parties allowed. - Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - Please clean up after your pets. - No smoking of any kind. - No illegal internet activity. Breaking any of the rules outlined above will result in a $500 fine. Please be respectful of our home.

Guest Access

You will have full access to the home aside from the garage which is currently being used for storage. The closet in the Jungle bedroom is also locked off as an owner's closet. We have a large dresser in this room for your clothes however.

Perfect for us. Very close to our Son's house. Very responsive host. Clear instructions. Close to grocery stores and any fast foot you can imagine. Very quite neighborhood. Highly recommend.

This home was an absolute joy to stay in! Very cool use of space in the kitchen and living area with nooks and crannies for storage. We stayed with our 3 teenage sons for over a month while our home was being renovated. The yard was beautiful and looks like a fun place to hang in the summer (we were there during rainy season). Off-street parking for 3 vehicles was a plus! Adorable, quiet neighborhood close to all things Seattle. The host was super responsive and quickly resolved the few issues we had. We will definitely refer our friends to this place.

The house was exceptional and we felt right at home. Everything was nice and clean and we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The whole house had plenty of space for a large family or group. Beautifully landscaped and very well kept front yard. Nice roomy back yard and porch. The area was beautiful for walking. Very decent distance to stores and restaurants. Pet and small child friendly, and fully fenced. The outdoor suite was adorable and accommodating. Spacious driveway for more than one car. The host was attentive and quickly responded. Overall, a beautiful home.

Our stay here was wonderful, the home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfy, plenty of linens, the kitchen has some spices etc. and plenty of cooking utensils as well as pots and pans. The location provides super easy access to Northgate Way, shopping and dining. We appreciated the one story home, only a couple of steps to get inside, the off street parking was a huge benefit and the property is kept in great shape. Communication was excellent with very quick replies. This is one home that we will look to rent again when we are back in the area. Don't hesitate on this one, you won't be disappointed!

Lovely and peaceful place to stay. Very central to explore all that the Seattle area has to offer. Good food and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes. Loved opening the blinds in the morning and sitting on the sofa with a cup of coffee. House is clean and well kept. Looking forward to another visit back soon!
