Our home features four bedrooms, including a stunning back guest house, and is equipped with amenities for kids of all ages, such as a high chair, toys, and an infant bath. Gorgeously decorated interiors complete the charm, ensuring a memorable stay!

✨ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out ✨ Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit. For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $180. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each. For stays longer than 30 days, we will require three mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each. We do not supply propane for the grill. This will be at your own expense to use. Our home is designed to be pet and family-friendly, with plenty of children's toys and safety features. Please keep this in mind when booking. We have regularly scheduled pest control and landscapers. You may see them during your stay, we will try our best to give you a heads up but that is not always possible.

House Rules

- Do not mail or have things delivered to the home. We will not intercept or collect any items for you. - Please be respectful of neighbors and keep things quiet during quiet hours, which are 10:00pm to 8:00am every day including weekends. - Absolutely no parties allowed. - Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - Please clean up after your pets. - No smoking of any kind. - No illegal internet activity. Breaking any of the rules outlined above will result in a $500 fine. Please be respectful of our home.

Guest Access

You will have full access to the home aside from the garage which is currently being used for storage. The closet in the Jungle bedroom is also locked off as an owner's closet. We have a large dresser in this room for your clothes however.

This is a beautiful house. It was clean. It’s a very kid friendly house with kids toys, games, books that kept my kids occupied. We had a great stay.

Do not pass on this place if you have little ones! I have 3 kids (all 7 and under) and we travel a LOT. One of their favorite things is exploring new Airbnbs, and this rental truly felt like a home. It had everything you could possibly want for kids: discreet baby gates, countless Melissa & Doug toys, children’s tables, coloring supplies, books, and even board games for older kids. There was also a high chair, kids’ plates/cups/utensils, and a baby play center. The outdoor space was just as amazing—sidewalk chalk, riding toys, and tons of outdoor play options. The gated driveway made it safe and stress-free to let the kids play, and the neighborhood was full of other families out walking, which gave it such a friendly, welcoming feel. Honestly, you never know what you’ll get with an Airbnb neighborhood, but here I wouldn’t hesitate to live with small kids. We really enjoyed our stay. The drive to the house was really easy and the driveway allows for easy check in and check out. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house is cozy and quiet and the neighborhood was quiet and walkable and also private. We took an Uber to Uvillage one day and another day to Green Lake for a wedding. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having a wonderful home!

From start to finish this was my best Airbnb experience. Karl was the perfect host. His communication was top notch. The home was perfection and in a great neighborhood. The house had everything we could possibly need. We will be making this an annual trip and be staying here. You will not be disappointed!
