I had a wonderful stay at this Wallingford gem! The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt welcoming the moment I arrived. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the Wallingford neighborhood, with easy access to great restaurants, coffee shops, and quiet residential streets. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches from the host, like the voucher to a nearby coffee shop and the Hershey’s chocolate waiting for me—such a sweet surprise! The extra pillows and blanket were a huge bonus and made the stay even more comfortable. Another major perk was having an in-unit washer and dryer. It made traveling so much more convenient, especially for a longer stay. Overall, an excellent experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle!

⭐️ Truly a 5-star stay. Every detail was thoughtfully done — the cozy design, ambient lighting, modern conveniences, beautiful setting and views, even the chocolates. All absolutely deserving of five stars. But what really stood out were the checkout instructions: “We simply ask our guests to check out by 11 a.m. and lock the door behind them as they begin savoring their memories.” No requests to take out the trash, start laundry, or run the dishwasher — just a gracious farewell. Honestly, I’ve started choosing hotels more often because so many airbnb rentals expect guests to do a mini clean-up before leaving (despite the hefty fees). Not here. This home in Seattle felt genuinely welcoming, like they wanted me to relax and enjoy every moment. It was such a refreshing experience. We’ll definitely be back. 🌟

A fantastic apartment with an amazing view! Easy check in/check out. Clean, roomy, quiet and comfortable. This space had everything we needed for our stay and more! Loved the mid-century modern style and that it was so close to the Burke Gilman Trail. Easy, short walk to Gas Works Park and pretty much direct access to Lake Union. Enjoyed sitting on the deck eating breakfast (from a lovely nearby neighborhood bakery/café called Irwin’s), watching UW’s rowing team practice, seaplanes come and go and just taking in the view. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

The views from this place are stunning - a picture-perfect mix of the lake, boats, city skyline, and bridges. Every window feels like a postcard. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable!

This place was amazing! Brand new washer/dryer. More things than you would ever need in the kitchen. Everything was clean and in working order. Check-in was a breeze, the keypad was easy in and out. Very very cute and comfortable. The table and chairs on the front deck were perfect to take in the views. Walking/biking trail is out your front door as is a great brewery. Parking was so easy right out your front door. Wish I lived here! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay, the view and patio were spectacular and we love westward, so there’s literally nowhere better to stay. Wish we were still there for when I got hot tub boating tonight on lake union; it would be the perfect location for that also!
