Absolutely wonderful! Amazing view of Lake Union and the Seattle skyline. Great restaurants within walking distance in the Wallingford and Fremont neighborhoods. The accommodations were exactly as described with really cool and comfortable furnishings, art, and fun books. We will definitely be back in the summer when the weather is warmer and we can take in the views from the patio out front. Thank you for a fabulous stay! We really enjoyed it.

Had a wonderful time at this home. Very comfortable for two people. They left us bottled water and chocolates. As well as a $10 gift certificate to a very cute local bakery just a short walk away. Easy walking on the Burke-Gilman trail to get to Fremont. Really easy parking in front of building. Would stay again for any downtown Seattle weekend getaway.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay. The place was cozy and well decorated. Parking was a breeze, the view was perfect. I've never had better communication with a host, they gave the clearest instructions on parking and accessing the unit. They even left a gift certificate to a local café. Highly recommend anyone considering a stay here!

Whenever we travel to Seattle we always stay at Alice’s apartment on South Lake Union. It’s easy access from I-5, close to the University and is right next to a walking path down to Gasworks Park. Alice provides everything one might need for an enjoyable stay and always a few pleasant surprises to enhance one’s stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Perfect apartment on Lake Union with a great view. We took the Link Rail from the airport and walked. It’s situated halfway between Fremont and the University District. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was private, clean, and felt like home. The host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, just in case, but they had already provided everything. 10/10.

We had a great time staying here for four nights in February. The view of Lake Union out the living room window on a rainy morning was outstanding. We really appreciated the basic kitchen supplies that were provided, as well as a welcome gift and water bottles in the fridge. The furniture and decor was really pleasant and comfortable, and we enjoyed having a heater in the bathroom. Parking was easy and walking to Gas Works and central Fremont was a blast. Overall I'd highly recommend this place to anyone needing a peaceful central location for exploring the city, or a nice romantic getaway.

This was a fabulous stay—and the complimentary wine/gin/tequila didn't exactly hurt either! Spectacular view, friendly host, and really cozy digs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and absolutely recommend it to others.
