✨ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out ✨ Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit. A couple of considerations: 1. While our home is family-friendly, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times—especially around the Peloton, workout equipment, and while playing in the front or backyard, as the driveway opens directly to the street. 2. Please sort trash and recycling using the labeled bins provided in the kitchen. Larger outdoor bins are located just outside the garage. Collection day is Thursday, and per neighborhood rules, bins may only be placed at the curb on the day of pickup. We’ll send friendly reminders to help ensure the bins go out and are brought back in promptly. Your help with this is greatly appreciated and helps us keep the property in good standing. 3. We have regular maintenance services such as landscaping, mowing, gutter cleaning, and pest control. Occasionally, pest control may need access to the crawl space or attic. We'll always do our best to give you advance notice. **House Rules** • Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home. • NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.

If you wish to have daytime visitors, please ask us for permission beforehand. - No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc.), vaping, or illegal drug use anywhere in the house or on the property. - No tampering or disabling of smoke detectors. - Please separate garbage and recycle. Put food waste in the provided compost bin on the counter. - Always lock windows, doors, and gates when leaving property for the day and upon checkout.

We just had a fabulous stay here! It's a great neighborhood, walkable to restaurants and coffee shops and close to our daughter's. The house was extremely comfortable, particularly the beds. All of my questions were answered quickly and they were so helpful and friendly. We definitely intend to stay here again when we visit Seattle.

This house was perfect for our family group. We grandparents stayed in the master bedroom. Our daughter and her children (6, 3, 1) stayed in the back two bedrooms. Guaranteed parking was a plus, but we also enjoyed walking to the nearby coffee shops.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful house! It was like staying in an elegant home with everything that you could ever want from an Airbnb. So comfortable and spacious with three bedrooms (the master bedroom and bathroom are fantastic!), three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, nice dining room, and a tv that was nicer that our one at home! The location was just perfect for us: mere blocks from our son’s new apartment, easy walking distance to so many great coffee shops (we went to a new one almost every day!) and fantastic restaurants (Kona cafe and Mojitos were phenomenal), and in a very nice and safe neighborhood in the city. We will be coming back to Seattle and will be staying there again!
