Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit. A couple of considerations: 1. While our home is family-friendly, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times—especially around the Peloton, workout equipment, and while playing in the front or backyard, as the driveway opens directly to the street. 2. Please sort trash and recycling using the labeled bins provided in the kitchen. Larger outdoor bins are located just outside the garage. Collection day is Thursday, and per neighborhood rules, bins may only be placed at the curb on the day of pickup. We’ll send friendly reminders to help ensure the bins go out and are brought back in promptly. Your help with this is greatly appreciated and helps us keep the property in good standing. 3. We have regular maintenance services such as landscaping, mowing, gutter cleaning, and pest control. Occasionally, pest control may need access to the crawl space or attic. We'll always do our best to give you advance notice. **House Rules** • Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home. • NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
