As the weather cools, our location is perfect for visiting students during the UW Fall Quarter (classes end December 5th), and we are also close to the city's top conference venues and festive holiday markets in November and December. We have two full-size beds, one queen-size bed, and the bathroom offers a rejuvenating shower experience. Our well-equipped kitchen is ready for culinary adventures, complete with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare picnic lunches for sunny days at nearby parks. For entertainment, we provide a Roku soundbar with a Netflix subscription. For some quality time together, we offer a selection of board games, puzzles, and books to keep you entertained throughout your stay. No need to worry about laundry, as we offer a washer and dryer for your convenience. After a day of exploring, relax on the comfortable patio furniture and soak in the peaceful Wallingford atmosphere. Work-Friendly Space: For our business travelers or remote workers, we have set up a dedicated work-friendly space in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The desk comes with a keyboard, mouse, monitor (HDMI connection), and an ergonomic office chair, allowing you to be productive and comfortable during your stay. Ultra high-speed Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity, perfect for both work and streaming entertainment after a productive day. While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times. ✨ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out ✨ Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit. For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $150. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $150/each. A couple of considerations: 1. Steep Stairs: Accessing the two bedrooms on the second floor requires climbing steep stairs, which may be challenging for small children or guests with mobility issues. 2. Outdoor Noise: Our outdoor space, while providing a wonderful place to relax, may experience some highway and occasional plane noise. We have taken measures to minimize the impact inside, but light sleepers or guests sensitive to noise may want to consider this aspect when booking with us. Ear plugs are provided in the downstairs bathroom. 3. Fireplace is for decoration only. 4. During the spring and summer months, we have weekly mowing services. 5. We will rely on your help making sure the trash and recycling bins are out at the street for pickup on Fridays. We’ll send a quick reminder Thursday evening—your help in keeping us on track is truly appreciated! **House Rules** • Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home. • NO pets allowed. We have a keyless entry system in place where each guest receives a unique entry code 24-48hrs prior to check-in, allowing you to check-in and access the accommodation at your convenience. Parking: The house has one off-street spot that will be available for your stay. Our street has only 2 hours max parking on weekdays between 7am-6pm (overnight and weekends no limit). There is unlimited street parking a few blocks to the West. ***NOTE: Our street has a lot of car and foot traffic during school day drop off and pick times.***

Anthony’s place was great. As described and well equipped with everything we needed. Good instructions and communication. The location was really handy. Close to the University District, with plenty of bars and restaurants and public transport links. Also very close to Fremont, with its breweries if that’s your thing. Overall, highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The house is spotless and matches the photos. Residential neighborhood. It was quiet and we felt safe at night. Free parking was a lifesaver. Easy access to UW, I5 highway and downtown. Kitchen has a plethora of appliances. Living room has a large screen TV and comfy couch. Complimentary Netflix. Washer and dryer worked great and host provided laundry detergent. AC works well. Stairs to upstairs bedrooms are steep but there is a solid railing. Perfect for teens or older kids. Downstairs bedroom is a great option for folks who don’t want to climb the stairs. A communicative and friendly host. We highly recommend.

This place was so clean and spacious. The kitchen was my favorite spot to be as it was so clean and light with all the windows, and great views (can see the space needle). The little things (like a hotel) were super cute and useful (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, mouthwash, dental flossers, q-tips, etc.) Its the little things that help, like having toilet paper and paper towel available to use right away, as some do not include that. We replenished those things, but it was helpful to have them before getting to the grocery store. The temperature was very comfortable, though I am a hot sleeper so I was thankful I brought my own little travel fan, most would not need it though. Would definitely stay here again when traveling to this area and HIGHLY recommend to anyone going near Seattle.

Fantastic home, super comfy beds, well stocked with all we needed and host was really considerate when we needed to purchase an iron and ironing board to be ready for the wedding we attended. Highly recommended!
