Dog-friendly, stylish retreat with parking — perfect for families and friends! This spacious 3-bedroom, 4-story townhome comfortably sleeps up to 6-8 guests. Relax on the beautiful rooftop terrace, where you can take in stunning views of the ferry and Vashon Island. Our home is perfectly situated for exploring the best of West Seattle. Enjoy easy access to Lincoln Park, Alki Beach, the Vashon Ferry terminal, and the lively shops and restaurants of Alaska Junction — all within a short walk!

Good to know

You'll find comfortable queen beds in each bedroom, along with an additional sofa bed for extra sleeping options. We've thoughtfully provided pillows of various softness levels to ensure your ultimate comfort, and the beds are dressed with high-quality cotton sheets for a restful night's sleep. There is one portable AC unit in the main bedroom. Please note: This is a 4-story townhome with several flights of stairs. If you have mobility concerns, our home may not be the best fit, as there are no showers located on the first floor.

We may be able to accommodate an early check-in depending on availability. For early check-ins before 2PM, an additional charge of $30 will be applied. Our home is dog-friendly. Please do not book if you have sensitivities or allergies to pet dander.

A few notes about our rules, designed for your safety, respect for the neighborhood, and to preserve the value and condition of the home: -All guest profiles must be included on the reservation and only registered guests are allowed. - Do not use roof umbrella in high winds. Guest must take down and secure umbrella. -Please do not wear shoes in the home. -Notify the host immediately of any issues or damage. -We ask that you enjoy yourself, but smoking, illegal substances, and parties are not permitted. -Long stays (over 15 nights) require mid-stay cleanings every 2-3 weeks and will be billed to the guest. -We reserve the right to inspect and service the home during your visit, including, but not limited to weekly gardener service. -If for any reason neighbors or security is involved in noise complaints, the guest is responsible. First warning $500 charge and the second disturbance is grounds for eviction.

Karl, was very informative and communicated extremely well before, during and at checkout. The house is very nice. Location was excellent. The rooftop view was amazing. Definitely walking distance to several restaurants and stores. When we return to West Seattle next June this will be the first place I’ll check for availability.
