We have regularly scheduled hot tub maintenance, landscaping, and pest control services. We will do our best to give you a heads up when these services are scheduled. Breaking any of the following rules will result in a $500 fine: - Please be mindful of surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am including weekends. - Absolutely no parties allowed. - No smoking of any kind. - No pets allowed. - Breaking any of these rules will result in a $500 fine.

Hot Tub Rules - Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when using the hot tub. - Absolutely no drinks or food allowed while in or near the hot tub. - You must shower before using the hot tub to rid yourself of sweat, lotion, sunscreen, and hair product. - No horseplay in the hot tub is allowed. - Hot tub use is restricted to quiet hours, which are 10:00pm to 8:00am. - A $500 cleaning fee charge will be applied if the hot tub is left in uncleanly condition. - Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when using the hot tub, and at all times while on the property. Other House Rules - Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - If you lock yourself out of any of the bathrooms/bedrooms, you will be on the hook to pay for a locksmith at your own expense. - Please only park in the driveway of the property, do not block the street. - Please be respectful of neighbors and keep things quiet during quiet hours, which are 10:00pm to 8:00am every day including weekends. - Absolutely no parties allowed. - No pets allowed. - No smoking of any kind. - No illegal internet activity. Breaking any of the rules outlined above will result in a $500 fine. Please be respectful of our home.
