*Please Be Sure to Read the Entire Listing Description Before Booking, Including the Below* Check-In Information: - 4PM to 10PM: Complimentary - "Early Check-In" Before 4PM: Additional $25 charge (if available). - "Late Check-in" from 10PM to 7AM: Additional $40 charge (if available). - Let us know your check-in time as soon as possible so we can coordinate our greeter to meet you. - Please introduce yourself and your trip details before booking. Ensure your profile includes a photo and verification. - To comply with building HOA requirements and prioritize the safety of all guests and residents, we will share a set of rules with each guest before arrival. Guests are required to review and provide written acknowledgment of these rules. Any non-compliance may result in HOA fines, which will be passed on to the guest. - Check-in includes a mandatory meeting with our greeter, who will guide you through the complex and escort you to your room. - We are unable to accommodate luggage/bag holding before your check-in and after your check-out. Bounce Luggage storage is nearby. - We are unable to provide late check-out. A Few Additional Considerations: - This condo is located downtown, so some street noise is to be expected. We have provided ear plugs. They can be found in the bathroom drawer. - As a residential building, amenities may occasionally be closed for maintenance. We’ll notify you of any changes as soon as possible. - Occasionally, the building performs exterior maintenance such as window washing or painting. Workers may be visible from the windows; privacy can be maintained by closing the shades or curtains.

Important HOA Policy Reminder: The Belltown Court HOA maintains strict safety and security policies, and violations can result in fines of up to $500, even for seemingly minor infractions. To avoid issues, please keep the following in mind: 1. Building and Garage Access - Do not allow anyone to follow you into the building or garage. - When using the garage, wait for the door to fully close before leaving or parking. - Pedestrian access through the garage gate is strictly prohibited. 2. Hallways / Lobby🚪 - Wheeled vehicles (such as bikes, scooters, or skateboards) are not permitted in the hallways or lobby. 3. Pool / Spa Area Rules 🏊‍♀️ - Please take a rinse-off shower in the pool area before entering the pool. - Quiet hours must be observed, and no food or drink is allowed in the pool area. - Minors must be accompanied by someone 16 or older when in the pool. 4. The unit is as described. Simon is super nice and very clear that he’s there if you need anything. Which we did not. The location is great if you are a tourist in Seattle! We walked everywhere or took a bus when needed. And the train to and from the airport is easy! We enjoyed having the pool, hot tub and sauna, the balcony was nice for coffee and breakfast, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen have everything we needed. A great place to be a tourist in Seattle! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Excellent apartment in Belltown, close to all the hot spots in Seattle. Very walkable and private garage parking a big plus. Friendly host and co-hosts, always responsive and flexible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future, for sure.

Find us

There is no parking for this unit. However, paid parking may be available depending on vacancy. Street parking can be quite difficult during peak hours. Public transportation and ride-hailing services like Uber + Lyft are great options to get around. There are also on-demand Lime bikes / scooters near the complex for a cost efficient way to commute. * Please let us know if you need parking so we can request one in-advance for you.
