Entry to the property occurs after a steep flight of rock / concrete stairs. All guests must recognize and agree that they have the ability to safely navigate stairs as a condition of use.

We will not intercept or collect any items for you. - Please be respectful of neighbors and keep things quiet during quiet hours, which are 10:00pm to 8:00am every day including weekends. - Absolutely no parties allowed. - Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - No pets allowed. - No smoking of any kind. - No illegal internet activity. The host was very responsive and helpful. The area is about 20 min away from downtown, about 10min from Rainier Beach Station (light rail), and about 20min away from the airport. There is a Safeway by the house so convenient to pick up snacks and stuff. There is a beautiful view to Lake Washington. The neighborhood is pretty calm and quiet. What I liked about this Airbnb is that the full house was available. Such a gem and there was parking available if you rent a car. Definitely recommend.
