Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit. By booking our home you agree to assist with taking the trash bins out and back in. This is a less than 10 feet journey as the bins are largely in the same spot the city will pick up from. We will send reminders on this. Please be mindful of surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am including weekends. Absolutely no parties allowed. No smoking of any kind. No pets allowed. Breaking any of these rules will result in a $500 fine. While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times. Entry to the property occurs after a steep flight of rock / concrete stairs. All guests must recognize and agree that they have the ability to safely navigate stairs as a condition of use.

House Rules

Please keep the Garbage, Recycling, and Compost bins in the parking spot at the bottom of the staircase. If you’re home on Friday morning, please pull the bins closer to the street for pickup. If you’re still home on Friday evening, please return the bins to their spot against the rock wall. Seattle has strict waste rules, so please sort items into the correct bins: - Green Bin (Compost): Food scraps, coffee grounds, and food-soiled paper (napkins, pizza boxes, etc.) - Blue Bin (Recycling): Clean paper, cardboard, cans, glass, and plastics (no food or liquids) - Black Bin (Garbage): Everything else that can’t be composted or recycled - Do not mail or have things delivered to the home. We will not intercept or collect any items for you. - Please be respectful of neighbors and keep things quiet during quiet hours, which are 10:00pm to 8:00am every day including weekends. - Absolutely no parties allowed. - Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - No pets allowed. - No smoking of any kind. - No illegal internet activity. Breaking any of the rules outlined above will result in a $500 fine. Please be respectful of our home.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The area is about 20 min away from downtown, about 10min from Rainier Beach Station (light rail), and about 20min away from the airport. There is a Safeway by the house so convenient to pick up snacks and stuff. There is a beautiful view to Lake Washington. The neighborhood is pretty calm and quiet. What I liked about this Airbnb is that the full house was available. Such a gem and there was parking available if you rent a car. Definitely recommend.
