Please be respectful and only park and enter on the left side of the home. There are no common/shared spaces between units.

Other Details to Note

For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $180. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each. Please be mindful of surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am including weekends. Absolutely no parties allowed. No smoking of any kind. No pets allowed. Breaking any of these rules will result in a $500 fine.

Left side walkway leads to entry of the home. We will provide a door key code to enter. Please park on the left side of the driveway or in the garage. You’re welcome to park in the garage, but please note that you’ll need to open and close it manually from the inside, as we don’t provide the garage door code or remote opener.

Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and well managed. Especially it has a fantastic view. With this view, no one cannot be unhappy. We want to come back in the near future.
