I must say residing at Marks' home was what me and my brother were looking forward to as we decided to come into town to be among Seahawk fans and atmosphere as they won the Superbowl from afar. His home was immaculate, fully loaded with all amenities suitable as if you're right at your own place. It has a very impressive layout, upscale neighborhood, and a quiet and peaceful environment in West Seattle. It offers a wide variety of things to do, places to eat, shopping and more. Also, there's a very convenient water taxi within a 10-minute walk that goes downtown to Seattle. Overall, I’ve traveled to an abundance of places to stay at different types of Airbnb’s. I truly must say that Marks’ home is on the top of the list. It offers the type of comfort and quality of life that I enjoy. So, if you’re looking for the best Airbnb in the Seattle area. I highly recommend it and it’ll be worth the cost especially if you value safety and gratification. I see why it’s voted one of the best.

The whole experience with staying at Mark's AirBnB was top notch. The expectations set from the description were met & then some. Very clean accommodations that had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - from the well-stocked kitchen to the bathrooms with bedrooms with extra towels/pillows (I loved the heated bathroom floors). Walkable to the restaurant/shopping areas/trails. Safe area. Instructions to check in & then check out were simple and conveyed timely. Responsive hosts made this stay worry-free.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb.The home was immaculately clean, and the location was very convenient, with Safeway, restaurants, and a park within walking distance. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, including seasonings and oils. The host was very responsive and even went out of his way to help me retrieve a charger I left behind. Highly recommend!

I can not recommend this place enough! The home was easy to find, easy to enter, spotless clean, and is more spatious than the pictures show. Mark and Karlton were so nice, helpful, and responded quickly for the few questions we had. I will definitely be looking to stay at this place again in the future. Thank you again!

I throughly enjoyed my stay. This house is new, clean, and beautifully decorated and furnished and the host / owners have included thoughtful details throughout that made for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent for easy access to grocery stores, gym, and restaurants in the Admiral neighborhood of West Seattle. I would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Staying at Mark's was one of the best Airbnb experiences that I've had. There wasn't one inch of the space that wasn't clean, or modern. Impeccable house with all the furnishings to match. Great location. I would without a doubt stay here again.

-Grocery stores (Safeway, Metropolitan Market, PCC), Admiral Movie Theater, Hiawatha Park, Hamilton Viewpoint Park, Seacrest Park (water taxi dock), restaurants and cafes are all walkable from the home -Just one block away, guests can catch the FREE West Seattle shuttle (Route 775) that goes to Alki Beach and Seacrest Park where you can catch the West Seattle Water Taxi into downtown Seattle and walk to Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, Seattle waterfront and overlook, and Lumen Field and T-mobile Park stadiums. - A short drive (1.5 miles), bus ride (Route 128 - stop is 3 blocks from the home) or walk down California Ave SW will take you to the West Seattle Junction, which is filled with great restaurants, cafes, bars, and local shops, and it's where you can transfer to other bus lines that go throughout the city.
