Quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be strictly enforced. - Strictly NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises ($500 fine), including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes when entering the home. - NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
