Good to know

The main level of this suite features a spacious living area, gourmet kitchen and two dining areas. There are two bedrooms (each with a water view) and a full bathroom with tub on this level. The lower level consists of the master bedroom with an office/den area and full bath. Soak in the stunning scenery and enjoy your morning coffee on one of the view decks. Parking: There are two off-street parking spaces in the driveway for this unit. Note: This property has two units. This listing is for the main suite. There is a separate lower guest suite with its own private entrance. This is our full-time home that we love and are excited to share with you! You'll have the place to yourself, but you will see some of our personal belongings in locked closets or designated areas. We appreciate your respect for our space.

Our space is designed to be a peaceful retreat for you to relax and reconnect. To help you fully unwind, we've intentionally chosen not to include a TV. Instead, we invite you to enjoy the view, dive into our curated selection of books and board games, or reconnect with good company. This is a two unit building and this upper unit shares a heating and cooling system with the downstairs unit. We have a smart thermostat with default settings to keep both spaces at comfortable temperatures, which can be adjusted from either units. We ask that guests be mindful of others when adjusting the temperatures.

- Do not mail or have things delivered to the home. We will not intercept, collect, or ship any items for you. - Please be respectful of neighbors and the upstairs tenants, keep things quiet during quiet hours, which are 10:00pm to 8:00am every day including weekends. - Absolutely no parties allowed. - Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - No pets allowed due to allergies. - No smoking of any kind. - No illegal internet activity. Breaking any of the rules outlined above will result in a $500 fine. Please be respectful of our home.

Guests have exclusive use of the interior of this unit and connected external decks, as well as the driveway. The front yard is shared with guests from another unit in the lower level. Please refrain from going into the backyard as it is a bit steep. There is no access to the garage.
