For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $130/each. • The townhome is 1,345 square feet. If you’re not comfortable with a smaller space, this may not be the right property for your stay. • Parking: We offer a street parking pass that grants you parking around the townhome. However, failing to return the parking pass will incur a $100 replacement fee. • This dwelling is a townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. It’s also a short walk or bus ride to the great restaurants, bars, and night life of the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Buses to downtown come every 10mins (ish) and the ride to the Pike Place Market or the Space Needle only takes about 15mins.
