Our 1907 craftsman home in a quiet pocket is just two blocks from the lightrail station and to the Columbia City neighborhood hub. We are cozy and convenient with historic charm and modern amenities. Fenced backyard, perfect for dogs. We are a 5-min walk to groceries / farmer's market, coffee, restaurants, movie theater, bakery, post office, and a 5-min drive to the driving range / golf course on Beacon Hill with a beautiful view of the city and yet another neighborhood hub to discover.

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, fully enclosed yard. Please note the primary bedroom/bathroom upstairs does not have a door. There is a curtain, and the bathroom has a half-door separator that folds out.

Karl was a great host and very responsive to any questions or issues. His place was clean and lovely and felt very comfortable. Any minor issues were resolved quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

A very cozy craftsman home! Such a treat to stay in. Very close to the Columbia city light rail which was a huge plus. Well stocked home & it seems Karl has anticipated his tenants needs well. We went to a few of Karl’s recommendations and they were fantastic. Definitely a great stay!
