The lower level guest suite features its own private entrance, a spacious living room, kitchenette, and two bedrooms. Nearly every room offers a captivating vista of the shimmering water and snow-capped mountains, the perfect place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, a king-size bed in the primary, and easy access to Burke-Gilman Trail and Matthews Beach.
Good to know
The guest suite is in the lower level of the house with its own private entrance. Inside you'll find a spacious living room, kitchenette/dining room and bedrooms overlooking the garden, lake, and distant mountains. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and stove. Please note that the two bedrooms are connected via windows with blinds that can be drawn for privacy (see pictures). Sorry, no pets allowed due to allergies. Please also note that there are tenants that live upstairs and you may hear footsteps from time to time.
Other Details to Note
There is a $200 late check-out fee for guests who are unable to leave the premises on time without prior approval. Only 1 vehicle, please. There is a $100/day violation fee for additional vehicles parked in the neighborhood. Please also note that there are tenants that live upstairs and you may hear footsteps from time to time.
