We picked this location for 3 adults and 2 (teen/tween) kids for a quick Seattle sightseeing weekend, because it was more or less walkable from the transit station and we wanted to avoid renting a car. Instructions were clear, the place was clean and everything worked out fine (if we did have a car, there was a garage we could have parked in).

Home was perfect for 7 guests (4 adults and 3 teenagers). Plenty of room without feeling crowded. Condo is close to the airport and downtown Seattle. We traveled with a disabled guest with mobility issues and the stairs were not a problem during the time spent at the condo. Our mini van did not fit in the garage, but there was plenty of street parking when we came back at night after a full day of sightseeing.

We loved our stay here! It’s mid September so the temperature was comfortable in the evenings with the fans provided. The house is spotless, the host checked in on us during our stay and it’s about a 15-20 minute drive from everything we wanted to see! Would stay again

We had a great stay! The first night was a little hot because there was no AC upstairs so Karl made sure we received fans the next day. He was a great host and the house was a pleasure to stay in. It had board games and a Foosball table that was a lot of fun. Would start again.

Great stay! We spacious and clean. Would 100% recommend if you are looking for an accommodation close to the airport. Very responsive and also provided clear instructions for everything to go smooth. Me and my friends enjoyed the stayed.
