We will fine you $1000 if we receive a neighbor complaint. - Quiet hours between 10pm-8am, and please also be cognizant of noise level outside quiet hours as we share walls with neighbors. No loitering allowed during quiet hours at night in the community. - A doorbell camera at the front door to monitor exterior of the house. No camera inside house. - Please expect to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 3 stories. - Our home is child and family-friendly but not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended. - Guests should only be throwing trash or recycling with bins marked “4908B”.
