Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $150. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $150/each. **Additional Important Details** • The water heater is tankless and only takes a few moments to heat up. • Fire Pit: The rooftop fire pit must be attended at all times while in use. Please turn it off when not in use for safety. • Grill: The rooftop grill is available, but guests will need to provide their own propane, as we no longer supply tanks due to past issues. Please clean the grill and tools after use, and cover the grill once it has cooled. • Garage: The garage fits one small sedan and can only be opened/closed from inside the home for safety reasons, as we do not share the access code. Larger vehicles should park on the street. • This dwelling is a townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor. • While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times. **House Rules** • Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home. • NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.

Wow. The photos from the rooftop were stunning, however we were not prepared for just how beautiful they would be in person. Nearly every window has some sort of view that is perfection. We loved the layout with the bedrooms being on one floor with living spaces on the next. Would/will stay here again and highly recommend.

This 3 story plus private roof top condo is an incredibly lovely and comfortable home with thoughtful touches to make the stay extra easy on travelers. The pictures are accurate and the rooftop view is indeed spectacular! We enjoyed the Queen Anne neighborhood, and the location was within walking distance (with hills!) of many sites and good restaurants. Having a parking spot for a small car was a helpful convenience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible time staying. The house manual was extremely useful and the host was very responsive. The house itself was comfortable, sleek, and spotless. The deck was absolutely stunning. My one comment is that if you are averse to stairs, this isn’t your spot but if you don’t mind the it’s spectacular. Anyways loved it!
