Please read the full listing description before booking, including the below: For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $150. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $150/each. **Additional Important Details** • The water heater is tankless and only takes a few moments to heat up. • Fire Pit: The rooftop fire pit must be attended at all times while in use. Please turn it off when not in use for safety. • Grill: The rooftop grill is available, but guests will need to provide their own propane, as we no longer supply tanks due to past issues. Please clean the grill and tools after use, and cover the grill once it has cooled. • Garage: The garage fits one small sedan and can only be opened/closed from inside the home for safety reasons, as we do not share the access code. Larger vehicles should park on the street. • This dwelling is a townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor. • While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times. **House Rules** • Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home. • NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.

Beautiful townhome in the heart of Queen Anne neighborhood- unobstructed views of downtown and close to lots to do. Friendly host and appropriate amenities - everything works well in the house. Need lungs to walk up the hills in this neighborhood. Highly recommend.

This townhouse has a stellar view of South Lake Union, the Space Needle and more. It’s close to the action but super private and quiet (I got great sleep!). The living area is very spacious and well decorated and appointed. Karl and Jeff were very communicative and gracious hosts. I’d definitely stay again!

Overall great stay. Pictures don’t actually do justice to the beautiful 180 degree view from the rooftop. Cute primarily residential neighborhood with some nice cafes nearby and walking distance to space needle and Seattle center museums. Unit was clean and felt brand new. Karl was easy to work with and efficient. Only quibble would be that there isn’t central AC. The individual room AC units cooled down those rooms fine, but the second bedroom didn’t have one and got pretty warm (80 deg inside) on a rare day when Seattle had 90+ temps. Opening the doors and windows to that room and using the fan helped cool it down in the evening. That was a minor issue tho and I would still heartily recommend the unit.
