Thank you so much for helping us keep things tidy! • Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home. • NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine. • Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the home. We are unable to receive, hold, or forward any items. Please arrange for delivery to a local FedEx, UPS, or USPS location for pickup.

Great place to stay! In perfect shape. Everything brand new and super clean! Quiet residential neighborhood between Ballard and UW campus. Ballard is great place with lots of cool bars, restaurants and trendy shops. Brewery district is about a 5 minute walk. UW campus not far if visiting the University. Can take public transit or drive there in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend staying here.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Alessandra and team were proactive in communication, provided clear instructions, and made everything super easy. Would definitely stay here again!
