Important HOA Policy Reminder: The Braeburn Court HOA maintains strict safety and security policies, and violations can result in fines of up to $1000, even for seemingly minor infractions. To avoid issues, please keep the following in mind: General Rules - Respect Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum at all times, especially between 10PM - 8AM. - No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all common areas, including balconies, hallways, and the rooftop deck. - Pets: No pets are allowed. - Guest Limit: Only registered guests of the booking reservation (2 people max) are allowed in the unit and common areas. No unauthorized parties or large gatherings. - Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment, and we are unable to receive, hold, or ship items on your behalf. Building & Common Areas - Respect Shared Spaces: Keep hallways, elevators, and common areas clean and free of personal items. - Amenities Use: Follow posted rules for the gym, theater, rooftop deck, and other facilities. - Security: Do not prop open exterior doors or allow unknown individuals into the building. Parking & Storage - Only park in the assigned space. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. - Make sure the garage door closes behind you and do not let random people enter the garage. - No storing bikes, scooters, or personal items in hallways or common areas. Trash & Recycling Disposal During Your Stay - A trash chute is available on the building floor for regular trash. However, recycling must be taken to the designated area on the main floor. Please sort paper, cardboard, glass, plastic bottles, and aluminum/tin cans into the large blue bins. Posters in the trash rooms provide sorting guidelines. - If you prefer, you may leave trash and recycling in the unit, and our cleaners will dispose of it after your stay. - Littering in common areas is strictly prohibited and may result in fines. Compliance with city recycling laws is expected. Check-Out & Maintenance - Report any damages caused by you or your reservation group immediately. - The building is undergoing external maintenance, and occasional unit access may be required. - Failure to return the keyfob and garage fob will result in a $200 fee.
