We picked this location for 3 adults and 2 (teen/tween) kids for a quick Seattle sightseeing weekend, because it was more or less walkable from the transit station and we wanted to avoid renting a car. Instructions were clear, the place was clean and everything worked out fine (if we did have a car, there was a garage we could have parked in).

The host was very responsive and helpful. The area is about 20 min away from downtown, about 10min from Rainier Beach Station (light rail), and about 20min away from the airport. There is a Safeway by the house so convenient to pick up snacks and stuff. There is a beautiful view to Lake Washington. The neighborhood is pretty calm and quiet. What I liked about this Airbnb is that the full house was available. Such a gem and there was parking available if you rent a car. Definitely recommend.

Location is amazing, easy communication, and smooth check in process :) there’s only one section of the basement that has a ceiling height of ~6’, but the rest is very comfortable for people of that height!

The place was clean and in PRIME location. The street parking can be limited (especially for a larger vehicle like the one we were driving) but we lucked out and managed to get parking right in front of the unit. The good news is that the location can’t be beat and we were within a 10min walk of multiple restaurants and grocery stores. Once we parked, we really didn’t need to use the car much. Overall great stay, great beds, and the rooftop view of the Seattle skyline is stunning.

The unit is as described. Simon is super nice and very clear that he’s there if you need anything. Which we did not. The location is great if you are a tourist in Seattle! We walked everywhere or took a bus when needed. And the train to and from the airport is easy! We enjoyed having the pool, hot tub and sauna, the balcony was nice for coffee and breakfast, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen have everything we needed. A great place to be a tourist in Seattle! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Mark's place was spotless, light and well equipped. Location was perfect for both downtown and West Seattle with easy access to public transportation. Many great restaurants are nearby. It was also a wonderful quiet place to return to after long days with my 82 year old mom (we were visiting my daugher/her granddaugher). Comfortable all around! Having lived in West Seattle for decades it was wonderful to be in my old neighborhood.

Visiting UW and this was the perfect home base for our family! Super cute home with enough space for all of us. Great amenities, responsive and helpful host, excellent restaurants and shops nearby. We loved it!

Great place. Would stay here again. Being in Seattle for the first time. This was the perfect place. Blocks away from the Capital hill train station and plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Beautiful home and surroundings. Very peaceful. Travel with light luggage several steps to get into the home but worth the tranquility and views of the Puget Sound. Home is pristine clean and all amenities you need. Peaceful easy walking along the waterfront grocery store nearby, easy access to many activities and shoppong nearby and not far from airport which was great, but felt like we were far away and just nice to have this gorgeous relaxing peaceful serenity before gettign abvk on a plane! Will look forward to staying again!
