The home was a mid-century charm! We loved the location, the on site parking was super convenient, and the wine and water bottles were a nice touch. We will stay here again for sure!

Beautiful townhome in the heart of Queen Anne neighborhood- unobstructed views of downtown and close to lots to do. Friendly host and appropriate amenities - everything works well in the house. Need lungs to walk up the hills in this neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay in Seattle. This location is beautiful with great views of the water and right by a ton of restaurants. It was easy to take the train/bus downtown Seattle then get back to the Airbnb. Greatly appreciated the amenities and items left for us in there!

Such a cozy spot by the water! We loved sitting outside to watch the boats go by — a truly Seattle experience. Karl was kind and accessible, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We were traveling with our baby and a Pack n Play crib was all set up for us upon arrival. The welcome gifts were so thoughtful and helped us make the most of our stay. Highly recommend!

This was a comfortable place to stay in a great neighborhood. The building is quiet, and it was fantastic to have parking onsite so that we didn't have to worry about finding it on the street. The weather was quite warm while we were there, but there was a fan and AC unit available in the space. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. No complaints here - we'll definitely be looking for availability here next time we're coming to town.

After a looooong exhausting day of traveling from Texas we were confused what door to use or if we were at the right place but Karl was so kind and super effective communicating what we did wrong lol. The house was so neat the upstairs is perfect for couples! Loved the stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The drive to the house was really easy and the driveway allows for easy check in and check out. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house is cozy and quiet and the neighborhood was quiet and walkable and also private. We took an Uber to Uvillage one day and another day to Green Lake for a wedding. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having a wonderful home!

Absolutely perfect stay! The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we needed. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could ask for. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Karl's listening for almost a week and had a great visit. The unit was well laid out, clean and had all I needed. I especially liked the large gym and the working desk when I was remotely working. Even though it is right in the heart of Capitol Hill it felt private and quiet. Would recommend to anyone.

The stay was great. Karl was very responsive, kind, and provided all the necessary information. The space is about 25 minutes from Downtown Seattle depending on traffic. Although we didn’t get a chance to use it, the hot tub was ready to go for us when we got there. All-in-all it was a solid experience.
